Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities :Support the POC for various solutions such as SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), SOC (Security Operations Centre), MPLS-ILL, Firewall, ITSM, Network Monitoring, Asset and License Management, Phishing Simulation, IT-OT Security, etc.Leading and managing evaluations, and implementation, including policy design and configuration, test, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement for various solutions related to network, infra security, IT-OT, and business continuity across the organization and ensuring their alignment with the business objectives and requirements.Ensure the business continuity plan (BCP) is in place and updated regularly to mitigate the risks of disruption, downtime, or data loss.Manage the employee awareness program on network and security best practices and conduct regular assessments and training.Support the ISO 27001:2022 preparation and audit process and ensure compliance with the standards and regulations.Manage the severe incident response plan and coordinate with the external partner for support and forensic analysis in case of any attack or breach.Manage the team, and provide guidance, feedback, and performance evaluation.Report on the status, progress, and outcomes of the infra, network and security projects and initiatives promptly.Coordinate with different stakeholders (internal cross-functional teams, external - vendors, Governing bodies etc.) to ensure project objectives are met and provide proactive timely updatesEducational Qualification :Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Excellent communication, presentation (Word, excel, PowerPoint), and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM / CISA, ITIL or equivalent are preferred.Positive Attitude, Good Communication, Problem solving skills, Leadership Skills , Adaptability , Critical Thinking , Teamwork and collaboration skills.,
