As the Manager Surveillance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the surveillance operations of our company. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality surveillance services.Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in surveillance or security management Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, equipment, and technologies Proficiency in CCTV operations and access control systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret and analyze surveillance data Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices Strong leadership and managerial skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitaskRoles And Responsibilities Oversee and manage the surveillance operations of the company Develop and implement surveillance strategies and procedures Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Monitor surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address security concerns Provide training and guidance to the surveillance team members Prepare and present reports on surveillance activities, incidents, and trends Stay updated with the latest surveillance technologies and recommend improvements Manage the budget and resources for the surveillance department Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all surveillance-related matters,
