Job Description

    • Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:
      • Assist in managing the companys online presence, including social media platforms, websites, and e-commerce channels.
      • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
      • Engage with the online community and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
    • Sales Support:
      • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
      • Provide marketing materials and data to assist in sales pitches, negotiations, and product promotions.
      • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to showcase textile products and promote brand visibility.
    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
      • Help build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
      • Implement customer loyalty programs or campaigns designed to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
      • Track customer feedback and insights to help refine marketing strategies.
