    Greetings From Starworth Global SolutionsMassive Hiring for AR Caller, SR AR Caller &QCARoles And Responsibilities: *Perform Outbound Calls to Insurance Companies to Collection Outstanding AR. *Working on End-to-End Denials, Rejection, Request for additional Information. *Strong RCM Knowledge & Possess good Knowledge of HIPPA, CPT Codes, Appeals & denial Management. *Experience Using Software tools for Claims Management. *Follow up with Insurance Companies to Understand the status of the claim initiate telephone calls to verify through payer websites or otherwise request the required information from insurance Companies. *Contact Insurance Companies for further explanations of denials and underpayments and where needed, Prepare appeal packets for submission to payers *Perform Pre-Call analysis and check status by Calling the Payer or using IVR or Web portal Services. *Maintain adequate documentation on the client software to send necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future reference. *Provide accurate Product/Service information to customer, research available documentation including authorization, nursing notes, medical documentation on clients system, interpret explanation of benefits received etc. Prior to making the call. *Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reason for underpayment days in A/R, top denial reasons, use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reason for denial underpaymentsDESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: *Candidate should have 2 to 6 years of Experience in End-to-End Denial Management and in medical billing. *Minimum 2yrs of Experience in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management *Excellent computer skills MS office Suite, pMDsoft, Acumen, Athenahealth and other applications/system Preferred. *Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills. *Willing to work in Night Shift *Immediate Joiners PreferredLocation: Chennai, Trichy, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Noida & Gurugram (Candidates Willing to Relocate can apply)Mode of Work: Work from OfficeNote: Apply Only If Your Resume Matches to the Above CriteriaInterested Forward Your Resume to Dolly HR@Starworth Global SolutionsWhatsapp:hidden_mobile
