Job Description

    Product Growth Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and data science teams to develop and execute comprehensive user growth strategies. Conduct user research and analyze user data to identify opportunities for growth across the entire user journey (acquisition, activation, retention, referral). Design and run A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and key growth metrics (e.g., user acquisition cost, daily active users, churn rate). Develop and implement product roadmap features focused on user acquisition and engagement. Track and analyze the performance of growth initiatives and recommend data-driven optimizations. Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing trends and technologies. Communicate growth insights and strategies effectively to cross-functional Bachelors degree in marketing, computer science, data science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-5 years of experience in product growth, marketing analytics, or a similar role. Proven track record of successfully growing user bases and increasing user engagement for digital products. Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and methodologies (e.g., user acquisition channels, growth hacking frameworks). Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics). Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (a plus). Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. A critical thinking mind and the ability to solve complex problems creatively.
