Job Description

    Indicative Experience : 4 to 8 yearsQualificationEducation : Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Visual Designer with us, you will be responsible for creating and refining design elements including typography, iconography, color schemes, space, and texture. Leveraging your expertise in these areas, you will craft visually compelling designs that enhance user navigation and ensure a seamless, comfortable experience with our products. User Interface Design : Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that facilitate seamless navigation and understanding of information. Design Preparation : Collect and organize information and materials necessary for design projects. Concept Development : Develop clear, innovative ideas and designs for creative assets from concept through to final delivery. Collaboration : Work closely with fellow designers to maintain a cohesive brand identity and user experience across all platforms. Cross-functional Teamwork : Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other team members to design user-friendly software solutions. Requirement Translation : Convert business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into visually appealing and functional designs. Trend Awareness : Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure designs are modern and relevant. Visual Storytelling : Translate storyboards into compelling visual stories that enhance learning and user engagement.Competencies Creativity : Strong ability to refine and enhance others ideas while generating new concepts for high-impact visual experiences. Organizational Skills : Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver polished designs within tight deadlines. Adaptability : Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment. Design Tools Expertise : Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, InVisionApp, UXPin, and other relevant design tools.
