    Lets Chat 24x7 IT Services Pvt Ltd is a business services company based in India, which is the back office for Remote Accounting 24x7 Ltd &Lets Chat 24x7 Ltd based in Edmonton Canada.We provide remote staff for IT & Accounting services for companies based in North America.We are looking for a remoteNew Business Development Representative to scale & acquire new clients. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within enterprise accounts. You will need to discover qualified opportunities by targeted outbound prospecting through cold calling.Your KRAs include the following but are not limited to;
    • Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Sales Qualified Leads and scheduling of the first meeting of prospects.
    • Initiate telephonic contact with suspects and prospects, creating initial interest and positioning
    • Execute various call campaigns & Meet or exceed the assigned quota of connects per day.
    • Present key selling points, features, and benefits while remaining focused on the prospects needs and expectations
    • Persuade right party contacts for phone or video meetings with the sales representatives
    • Launch cold email campaigns.
    • Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Hubspot CRM
    • Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, and understand their requirements.
    • Route qualified opportunities and done the closure.
    • Coordinate with Canadian counterparts.
    What an ideal candidate must have
    • Must have exp. in selling in the North American Market.
    • The candidate should be comfortable workingNight Shifts (India time).
    • At least 3 years of Cold calling exp. is
    • Strong command of the English Language.
    • Has extensively worked on B2B campaigns
    • Internet savvy and experience with Word and Excel, familiarity with a CRM system.
    • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points via phone and email.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong listening skills.
    • Ability to understand client requirements.
    • Positive attitudeand demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
    • Self-motivated to work independently.
    Nice-to-Have
    • Experience working in the North American Market
    • Experience in cold calling forcorporate sales

    • Excellent Internet connection for Zoom/google meet Video meetings
    • Appropriate power backup/Inverter.
    • A computer system/Laptop at home. Configuration: i3 6th gen/i5 4th Gen- 2.5 GHz or higher,
    • 8 GB RAM up-gradable, 160 GB HDD/SSD with Windows 10 Pro operating system. ( Camera for Zoom/ Video conference)
