    At present we are having few urgent positions for Lead Generation Specialist/Tele callerwith Girnar Care one of our reputed client which is a Indias Premier Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting based inJaipur, Rajasthan.Job Type Full-time, Permanent Salary 2 LPA - 2.64 LPA.Role Tele-Calling (Lead Generation Profile150/200 Calls/Day)Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident FundEducation Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred) / Any Diploma (Preferred) Under Graduation / Graduates / Post Graduates Shift & Schedule 9hr Day shift - Between 8:45 AM-8:45 PM 6 Days working 1 Rotational Week-OffsTotal work: 1 year (Preferred) / Freshers can also apply Languages English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam / KannadaResponsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads andqualify prospects. Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, emailoutreach, and social media engagement. Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to meet daily and weekly targets.Identify decisionmakers within target organizations and build rapport to facilitate further engagement. Document all interactions and update the CRM system with accurate leadinformation. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualifiedleads. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trendsto effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets. Requirements: Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing. Ifnot then Freshers can also apply. Good to Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to articulate product/service offerings and value propositions effectively. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
