    Hiring for Fresher for Jewellery Manufacturing CompanyIIT /IIM/NIITLocation- JaipurPosition -Operation LeadInterested candidate can share cv on hidden_email or ping me on hidden_mobileRole Overview: We are looking for a Program Manager / Operations Excellence Lead to drive efficiency, quality, and strategic planning across our silver and gold manufacturing units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering from premier institutes like IIT/NIT/IIM. This role focuses on production optimization, process improvement, OEE monitoring, and data-driven decision-making to enhance manufacturing performance.Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement production strategies to improve operational efficiency.
    • Lead OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.
    • Optimize manpower planning, machine utilization, and cost control.
    • Process Optimization & Quality Control:
    • Streamline production workflows to reduce defects and enhance output quality.
    • Ensure robust quality control processes in silver & gold jewellery plating, repair, and customization.
    • Monitor production KPIs and recommend data-driven process improvements.
    • Chemical Process & Compliance:
    • Oversee the handling of plating chemicals, waste management, and regulatory compliance.
    • Drive chemical efficiency, cost optimization, and safety protocols.
    • Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards in chemical processes.
    • Analytics & Strategic Planning:
    • Utilize data analytics for production planning, cost optimization, and performance improvement.
    • Lead strategic projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities and operational excellence.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
    Required Skills: Strong background in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, and TPM principles. Experience in jewellery manufacturing, plating processes, or precision manufacturing. Proven ability to manage multi-skilled teams, factory operations, and vendor coordination. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in factory ERP systems, production tracking tools, and quality management.
