Job Description

    Job Title: Operations Associate (w/ HR experience)Location: Jaipur (Onsite Role)Experience: 2 yearsRole Overview:The HR Operations Generalist will build, manage and optimise processes.This role demands attention to detail, strong ethics, and an automation / process-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and execution of strategies and process-driven initiatives. Identify, implement, and manage automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual effort. Design, implement, and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Research and introduce AI tools and automation solutions to enhance workflows and processes. Generate insights from data to drive decisions and improve operational processes. Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain proper documentation of processes, procedures, and records. Foster a positive culture and support initiatives that enhance engagement and satisfaction.Key Requirements: Experience: 2 years in a similar role, with one year of experience in HR.
