Job Description (JD)Role: Order / Quote Management Executive (Supply Chain Domain) Location: Jaipur Experience:
• 1 Years CTC up to 3.5 LPA
• 2 Years CTC up to 5.5 LPA Shift: Rotational (International)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end Order Management (OM) lifecycle from quote creation to order fulfillment
• Perform Quote to Cash (Q2C) activities including quote validation, order booking, invoicing coordination
• Handle agreement setup and contract management processes in alignment with client requirements
• Execute deal management activities ensuring pricing, discounts, and approvals are accurate
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and internal teams for seamless order processing
• Ensure SLA adherence, data accuracy, and compliance with business policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in Order Management / Quote Management / Q2C processes
• Strong exposure to contract setup, agreement management, and deal lifecycle
• Prior experience working with international clients / outsourcing companies (BPO/KPO)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
