    We are currently hiring for Packaging Engineer post in Jaipur.Company Profile:Company is into kitchen essentials and homedecor products that it sells through its website, 18 retail stores and more than 20 SIS stores pan India since1988Designation: Packaging Engineer (JIS98988)Location: JaipurExperience Range: 8.0 To 12.0 yrsSalary Range: - 9.00 To 14.00 LPAJob Profile:We are seeking an experienced Packaging Engineer to join our team, focusing on designing and developing safe packaging solutions for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging engineering, materials science, and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Design and Development: Design, test, and optimize packaging solutions to ensure product safety, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Material Selection: Select and specify packaging materials, considering factors like durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure packaging designs meet safety standards, regulations, and industry guidelines (e.g., ISO, ASTM, FDA).Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of packaging designs, including drop testing, vibration testing, and other relevant tests.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality) to ensure packaging solutions meet product requirements and customer needs.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies to continuously improve packaging designs and processes.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of packaging designs, testing, and validation.Requirements:Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.Experience: 8 years of experience in packaging engineering, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, food)Skills:- Proficiency in packaging design software (e.g., CAD, SolidWorks).- Knowledge of packaging materials, testing methods, and safety regulations.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Nice to Have:Experience with: Packaging design for hazardous materials, dangerous goods, or lithium batteries.Knowledge of: Sustainability principles, eco-friendly packaging materials, and circular economy concepts.Familiarity with: Industry-specific regulations (e.g., FDA, EU MDR, IATA).Other Benefits:PF, Medical insurance, Accidental Policy, Leave encashment, gratuity, travel allowances*Working Hours/ Office Timings: 9 AM- 7 PM(Monday to Saturday)Interested candidate can send their resume on varsha@postaresume.co.inCall now on 91- hidden_mobile
