Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Communication Management:Serve as the first point of contact for the executive, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.
    • Scheduling & Coordination:Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments while ensuring efficient time management.
    • Administrative Support:Prepare reports, presentations, and draft correspondence on behalf of the executive.
    • Travel Arrangements:Plan, book, and organize travel, transport, and accommodation for business-related purposes.
    • Meeting Management:Organize events, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action points.
    • Lead Generation & Follow-up:Assist in identifying and following up with leads for client meetings and business development (No sales targets).
    • Confidentiality & Discretion:Maintain a high level of confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
    Qualifications & Skills Required:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
    • A proactive, dedicated, and trustworthy individual with a client-focused attitude.
    • Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
