Plant HeadJob descriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLead overall plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets.Drive productivity, capacity utilization, OEE, and continuous process improvement.Manage Production, Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Stores, Utilities, and Dispatch functions.Ensure timely production and on-time customer deliveries.Optimize manufacturing costs, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with quality standards, statutory regulations, and EHS requirements.Lead preventive maintenance, CAPEX projects, and new machine installations.Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless plant operations.Prepare MIS reports and review key operational KPIs.Experience15-20 years in the Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Industry.Minimum 5 years in a Plant Head / Factory Head / Operations leadership role.Interested can send their updated resume our calling and WhatsApp number is 8.7.9.6.5.0.7.5.9.9
