Job Description

    Urgent opening of Plant Manager for FMCG Manufacturing at Kaladhera, Jaipur.Qualification: Need candidates with B.E in Chemical, Production, and Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any Master degree in chemistry from any FMCG, Manufacturing or Pharma based IndustryExperience: Over all Experience of 10 to 15 years in which proven work experience of minimum 5 years to 7 years as a Plant / Factory Manager. Should have worked in FMCG manufacturing set up and have exposure to Homecare & Personal care products.Department: ProductionJob Responsibilities:
    1. The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
    2. Develop processes that will maximize safety, quality and productivity. Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
    3. Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
    4. Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources.
    5. Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity & demand creation.
    6. Resolve employee relationship issues, evaluate conflicts and determine disciplinary actions.
    7. Improve efficiency of production by migrating employees and equipment to maximize utilization.
    8. Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings, maintain production goals and reduce inventory carrying costs.
    9. Manage manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards.
    10. Should have experience in handling demand planning, procurement, delivery and dispatch
    11. Should be able to optimize capacity planning
    12. Will be responsible for manufacturing operations
    13. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations
    14. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
    15. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
    16. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
    17. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
    18. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
    19. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
    20. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
    21. Address employees issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
    22. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts
