Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities1. Responsible for all technical aspects and plant operation management of all aspects of an investmentcasting foundry.2. Knowledge and hands-on experience of investment casting process, including producing and handlingIC shells in the pre-casting and post-casting stages3. Responsible for ensuring high quality standards and near zero rejection. Knowledge and Experience ofmetallurgical aspects in casting various ferrous and non-ferrous alloys including stainless steel.4. Knowledge of basic heat-treatment processes of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Responsible formanaging the heat treatment process in electrical heat-treatment furnaces.5. Responsible for maintaining high OEE by developing and following preventive and break-downmaintenance schedules.6. Good manpower management skills, and experience of leading teams that are focused on dailyoperations while maintaining total safety, good quality, service, and high productivity levels.7.
