    Purchase Manager/Procurement & Sourcing ManagerLocation: JaipurWork Mode: On-site (Work from Office)Work Schedule: 6 days a weekAbout the Company:We are a leading gifting brand specializing in premium lifestyle products and customized gifting solutions, including gold and silver-plated items. Our expertise extends to luxury wedding and event gifting, offering bespoke solutions to our clientele.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase Manager to manage the procurement of lifestyle products and gifting items. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of vendors, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen eye for quality.Key Responsibilities:Source and procure lifestyle and gifting items, particularly gold and silver-plated products.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost optimization.Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, especially those specializing in event and wedding gifting.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for seamless supply chain management.Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and product innovations in lifestyle and gifting categories.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to maximize value for the company.Work closely with the design and marketing teams to procure products aligned with brand standards.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in lifestyle products, gifting, or event-related industries.Strong knowledge of gold and silver-plated gifting items and event-specific gifting requirements.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in inventory management tools and MS Office Suite.,
