Job Description

    White Horse Manpower is hiring experienced R2R professionals for a leading MNC client in Jaipur. Candidates with or without experience in Blackline and SAP are welcome to apply. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced global finance environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities
    • Ensure general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
    • Manage intercompany transactions, fixed assets accounting, and financial reporting
    • Coordinate with other finance teams to ensure timely closure and compliance
    • Support audit and compliance activities
    Required Skills:
    • 15 years of experience in R2R / General Accounting
    • Hands-on experience with Blackline and/or SAP is preferred, but not mandatory
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards
    • Proficient in MS Excel and financial tools
    • Good communication and analytical skills
    Educational Qualification:
    • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter
    Work Location: JaipurNotice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred
