Relationship Manager-HL/LAP

Job Description

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire new HL and LAP customers through open market channels, Direct Sales Teams (DST), builders, brokers, and referral networks.
• Customer Consultation: Meet with prospects to understand their financial needs, explain product features, and advise them on eligibility, interest rates, and required documentation.
• Loan Processing & Disbursement: Manage the end-to-end loan file, conducting initial income/property assessments, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with the credit team for smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with local connectors, real estate agents, and DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) to ensure a steady pipeline of leads.
• Portfolio & Customer Retention: Ensure timely repayments, resolve customer queries, and cross-sell additional financial products to existing clients.
• Market Tracking: Monitor local competitor activities, interest rate changes, and market trends to capitalize on new business opportunities.
