    Job Title: Junior Relationship ManagerLocation: Onsite | Sitapura, JaipurReports To: Chief of StaffRole Overview:The Junior Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between employees, management, and external stakeholders. This position will support HR functions such as employee engagement, communication, and cultural initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in HR and relationship management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to support a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Employee Communication & Engagement Act as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Facilitate effective communication between employees and HR management, ensuring that employees are well-informed about company policies, updates, and events. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and company events to foster a positive work culture.Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with employees across all departments to understand their needs, challenges, and career aspirations. Act as a liaison between employees and HR, escalating concerns or feedback to the CoS when necessary. Develop and manage relationships with vendors and external partners, ensuring smooth coordination for services and events.Outreach Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote the company Collaborate with institutions, agencies, and community organizations to strengthen the companys reputation. Represent the company at fairs, events, and community activities. Assist in crafting communication materials for outreach purposes, such as brochures, social media posts, and presentation content.Recruitment Support Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communication, and providing a positive candidate experience. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are welcomed and smoothly integrated into the company culture.Culture Building Promote the companys core values and cultural initiatives through active involvement in HR projects. Assist in implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify areas for cultural improvement and suggest initiatives to management.Performance & Development Support Assist in scheduling and coordinating performance reviews, ensuring all documentation is properly managed and maintained. Support the delivery of training and professional development programs by coordinating logistics and tracking participation.HR Operations & Administration Help maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Assist with HR policies and procedures documentation, ensuring they are clearly communicated and easily accessible.HR Reporting & Analytics Assist in tracking HR metrics such as attendance, employee engagement, and recruitment KPIs, providing regular updates to management. Prepare reports and presentations as needed to support initiatives and data-driven decision-making.,
