Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Design Head / Lead who oversees all aspects of solar design, leading a team, managing projects, and ensuring designs meet industry standards and regulations including layout, sizing, and cost reduction, while also staying up-to-date on the latest technologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of design engineers and drafters.Oversee the entire design process, from initial feasibility studies to project completion.Develop and optimize solar system designs, including layout, sizing, shadow analysis, and energy generation reports.Maintain expertise in solar PV design, including AC/DC systems, module selection, inverter sizing, and energy storage technologies.Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.Work with project managers, engineering teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Manage project costs and timelines, ensuring designs are optimized and delivered on time.Communicate design details effectively to internal and external stakeholders.Stay informed about the latest advancements in solar technology and design best practices.Conduct regular design reviews to ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to standards.Essential Qualification & Experience:Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or a related design field.5 years of experience in solar energy design, with a strong track record of successfully managing design projects.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit), PV design software (PV Syst), and other relevant tools.Skills required:Comprehensive knowledge of solar PV systems, including components, technologies, and design principles.Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.Ability to identify and solve design challenges and make informed decisions.Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.--- Thanks & Regards,Satyendra GiriRecruitment Consultant| Hiring Solutionshiring@megmaservices.co.inPhone: 91-hidden_mobile
