Job Description

    Job Title: Retention & Upselling Executive International Voice ProcessProcess Type: International (US Voice)Working Model: Flex / Retention ExperienceWe are looking for experienced Retention & Upselling Executives with a hospitality background to join an international voice process. The role focuses on handling customer retention, delivering exceptional customer experience, and driving upselling opportunities while maintaining high service quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound US voice calls professionally
    • Manage customer retention by addressing concerns and preventing cancellations
    • Upsell and cross-sell services based on customer needs
    • Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with hospitality standards
    • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
    • Meet performance metrics related to quality, retention, and customer satisfaction
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Undergraduate or any graduate
    • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience
    • Mandatory experience in retention and upselling
    • Hospitality background is mandatory
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
    • Must clear C1 level US Voice Versant
    Work Schedule:
    • 5.5 working days per week
    • Rotational shifts and rotational week offs
