Join us in shaping the future of education.Role OverviewAs a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in enrolling parents and adult learners into PlanetSparks transformative programs. You will work with warm, high-intent leads who have already attended a demo class, build trust-driven relationships, and guide prospects seamlessly from interest to enrollment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & Conversion
    • Connect with 6570 qualified leads daily through calls, video sessions, and personalized follow-ups
    • Build strong rapport with parents and adult learners to drive enrollment decisions
    End-to-End Sales Ownership
    • Manage the complete sales journeyfrom first interaction to final conversion
    • Maintain disciplined follow-ups and ensure consistent closures
    Consultative Counseling
    • Conduct 1:1 video counseling sessions using a consultative, value-driven approach
    • Confidently pitch programs, address objections, and influence key decision-makers
    Revenue & Performance Excellence
    • Achieve and exceed weekly revenue targets, contributing directly to business growth
    • Track performance using CRM tools and optimize conversion strategies
    Client Onboarding & Experience
    • Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for newly enrolled learners
    Continuous Learning
    • Participate in regular training sessions, feedback loops, and coaching to sharpen sales excellence
