    Description:Exp - Min 1-5 Years preferable in Civil construction/Cement / chemicals company (Techno commercial roles), Projects Sales (B2B) Experience Preferred. Only NICMAR and RICS pass outs can be recruited as freshers without experience. Admixture knowledge and their formulations is mandatory for experienced candidates.Job Title SALES ENGINEER I - ADMIXTURESDepartment Project SalesReporting to Area Manager Project Sales(Admixtures)Location /Unit PAN IndiaRole DescriptionThe position is that of frontline sales personnel who would primarily be responsible for growth and penetration of Admixturesproducts in project sales segments in defined geography through lead identification, coordination for site sampling, Leadconversion and co-ordination for product trainings to various stake holders like applicators, contractors and thereby achievingoverall business objectivesPrimary Responsibilities Business objectivesIdentify, index and review market potential for Admixtures products in ProjectSales (Geography and Key Accounts)Create a pipeline of projects (Pvt and Govt) and RMCs foradmixture sales.Generate leads through direct project site visits and variousstakeholders like Project Sales Officers, Applicators and DealersCoordinate with Concrete Technologist to conduct trials in timeor troubleshoot issues on sites.Commercial negotiations with decision makers to clinch orders.Focus on product mix and ensure product addition in Basic Order Quantity (BOQ)of the siteCoordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery on site.Ensuring timely collection of payments from distributor.Technical AssistanceProvide technical assistance pre and post sales at the project sites related toAdmixtures productsUndertake on-site sampling through the Concrete Technologist forValue Target for AdmixturesProducts in Project SalesMinimum product levelvalue targetsStakeholder levelvalue targets Product training plan complianceAdmixtures products to build customer confidenceMarket DevelopmentDetailed competition mapping and awareness of their progress ona site to site basis.Identify and engage with set of medium to large RMCs, consultants etc. for thepurpose of market expansion and upgradationBuild long term relationship with the identified set of stakeholders through regularproduct training and on-site assistanceBrief about products and systems with Specifiers and Consultants to generatebusinessTrainingIdentify and support RMCs and clients on practical application of Admixtureproducts at regular intervalsCoordinate with Marketing function to send out collaterals and relevant trainingmaterial to the ApplicatorsMarket IntelligenceAssist Marketing function in conducting product trials and building inferences onproduct strength vis--vis products in the marketIdentify business stakeholders and take measures to convert to account through product demonstration initiativesIntegrate with Research and Technology function for new product developmentbased on feedback of product trends in the marketKey InteractionsInternal Marketing, Research and Technology, Project Sales, Services and Retail teamExternal Dealers, Applicators, Contractors, Builders, Architects, Consultants, Engineers,Government agencies, RMCsRole Requirements / SpecificationsQualificationsEssentialB.E / B.
