Job Description

Job Title: Sales Head - PlywoodResponsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies: Create strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives, identify new markets and opportunities, analyze trends and data, and create sales plans to increase revenue.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance: Establish targets for the sales team, monitor their performance, analyze sales data, provide regular feedback, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Manage and motivate the sales team: Recruit, train, and coach sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed. Provide regular feedback and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships: Engage with potential and existing customers, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Monitor market trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 7-15 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the plywood or Laminates industry.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales processes, customer behavior analysis, and market trend analysis.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Other Requirements: Ability to make sales presentations, manage budgets, and develop detailed sales reports.
