Job Description

Role & ResponsibilitiesClient Collaboration : Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business challenges, particularly around quoting, pricing, and the quote-to-cash process.Translate those needs into robust CPQ / RLM and Billing :Develop and implement complex customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning, ensuring seamless integration between CPQ, RLM, Billing, and existing systems.Advisory Role Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders and mentoring junior team members on best practices and the latest CPQ / RLM and Billing advancements.Project Lifecycle Participation Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and ongoing support for CPQ, RLM, and Billing Collaboration :Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and optimal system performance across CPQ, RLM, and Billing.Ideal Candidate Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ / RLM implementations, with a proven track record of success in complex environments; Salesforce Billing experience is a must. Holds a valid Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Consultant certification (or equivalent) and has a strong understanding of Salesforce Billing functionality. Exceptional technical proficiency in Salesforce CPQ / RLM configuration, product rules, pricing methodologies (including product bundling), discounting, quote generation, and approval workflows. Strong understanding of business processes, particularly the quote-to-cash flow, and how CPQ / RLM and Billing can optimize the sales cycle and revenue recognition. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.(ref:hirist.tech),
