Job Description

Infrastructure Management: Maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage hardware/software. Network & Security: Oversee LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networks; implement security protocols and conduct regular audits. Technical Support: Offer support for hardware/software issues and manage the helpdesk for efficient service. Data & Backup Management: Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and disaster recovery plans. Software Management: Manage applications, maintain software licenses, and assess new solutions. Policy & Compliance: Develop IT policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct staff training on IT best practices. Vendor & Project Management: Oversee IT vendors, manage contracts, and coordinate infra setup for new projects.Skills & Qualifications Technical: Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers, network infrastructure, virtualization, cloud services, database management, and ZOHO. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational skills, and project management. Experience: Background in IT support, network administration, and IT infrastructure projects.
