    Job Description-Senior React DeveloperLocation-Jaipur IT ParkBudget-Max-13 to 14 LPA.IMMEDIATE ONLYExperience Level: 6-8 yearsJob DescriptionAs a Senior React Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex web applications using React.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure optimal performance of our web solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of React and a strong grasp of modern web development practices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Maintain Applications: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React components and front-end libraries for future use.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to create a seamless and engaging user experience.Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices, ensuring high standards of quality.Performance Optimization: Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to development standards.Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in React and front-end development.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.Technical Skills:Proficient in React.js and its core principles.Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Flux).Experience on Next Js and SSR is plusStrong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Preferred QualificationsExperience with server-side rendering and Next.js.Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client.Experience in building accessible web applications.Knowledge of TypeScript.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.,
