Service AdvisorJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor to act as the main point of contact between customers and the service department. This role involves understanding customer needs, advising on services, managing repair and maintenance schedules, and ensuring that all services are performed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, with a strong ability to manage workflows and communicate effectively with both customers and technical teams.Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
   • Greet customers and assess their service requirements.
   • Offer advice and guidance on service options and repairs based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
   • Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service, expected completion time, and any changes to the service estimate.
   • Handle customer concerns or complaints and ensure their satisfaction throughout the service process.
2. Service Coordination:
   • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle service or repairs.
   • Schedule service appointments, ensuring proper allocation of resources and technicians.
   • Prepare detailed service orders, including the description of required repairs, parts, and labor costs.
   • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including estimates, invoices, and completed work.
