Position OverviewWe are seeking dynamic and skilled Site/Billing/Planning/Quality Engineers to join our team. • Oversee and manage site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and implement effective planning strategies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
• Conduct quality control inspections and assessments to maintain the integrity of construction processes.
• Prepare and manage billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for completed work.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, quality assessments, and billing records.
QualificationsThe successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 6 to 11 years of relevant work experience in site engineering, planning, billing, and quality control.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Proficient in engineering software and tools relevant to site management and planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 4,00,000.
