Job Description

    Site Supervisor* Experience:*- Minimum of 2 - 3 years in civil construction on sites. Education:*- Bachelors degree , 12th Pass OR Diploma with more Experience Responsibilities:*- Oversee and manage the deployment of labour on-site to meet project needs.- Ensure effective allocation and supervision of labour and maintain quality of work to maintain productivity and adhere to project timelines.- Coordinate with contractor , Architect, Site Engineer and Owners to understand Project requirements as necessary.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and work standards.- Monitor and address any issues related to labour performance and site conditions with proper Execution of work.
