Job Description

    We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for managing the sourcing process, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiation and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The Sourcing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and developing new relationships with potential suppliers.Including
    • Plan and manage companys overall sourcing strategy
    • Do often research to understand companys needs and requirements
    • Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
    • Negotiate pricing and control costs
    • Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
    • Maintain T&A and execute plans accordingly.
    Qualifications
    • Should have experience of working for a Womens Ethnic wear brand.
    • Excellent stills in reporting and working over excels.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong knowledge of the sourcing process
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of the fashion industry and trends.
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
