The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in technology development and implementation, as well as a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends.Profile Summary:Position Technical Lead (MERN)Experience 8 to 10 YearsLocation - Jaipur (On-site) (5 Days a Week)Notice Period up to 45 Days.Job-Type - Fulltime/ PermanentRoles & Responsibilities:Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with expertise in software development, deployment, testing, administration and architecture, Should have at least 2 years of experience in team-leading/ project leading. Hands on expertise of at least 4 Years into Full Stack / MERN Development. Candidates having a working knowledge of application development using React Native will be preferred.Leadership Expertise: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions. Collaborate with other departments to identify technological needs and opportunities for improvement. Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic guidance and insights on technology-related matters.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science from Tier 1 (IITs. NITs & BITS) is must. Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies would be preferable.,
