Job Description

    Job Overview:We are hiring Telecallers for Credit Card Sales in Jaipur. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a target-driven mindset, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Attractive incentives are offered based on performance.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch credit card products.Understand customer needs and suggest suitable credit card options.Persuade and convince customers to apply for credit cards.Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.Follow up on leads and maintain customer engagement.Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Requirements:Strong sales and persuasion skills.Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.Confidence in handling customer objections and negotiations.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
