Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:
      • Identify and prospect new clients, including food manufacturers, exporters, importers, restaurants, and regulatory agencies.
      • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base in targeted industries or regions.
      • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
    2. Sales Pitch and Service Promotion:
      • Promote the laboratorys testing services, including microbiological, chemical, nutritional, and regulatory compliance testing.
      • Tailor sales presentations and proposals to meet the specific needs of clients.
      • Educate potential clients about the importance of food safety, compliance, and quality testing.
    3. Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
      • Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client engagement and satisfaction.
    4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
      • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive services, and emerging opportunities.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
      • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market demands to shape service offerings.
    5. Sales Target Achievement:
      • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
      • Prepare and present sales forecasts, activity reports, and revenue updates to the management team.
    6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
      • Work closely with laboratory staff to understand service capabilities and ensure smooth execution of client projects.
      • Coordinate with the technical team to address specific client requirements and resolve issues.
    7. Compliance and Documentation:
      • Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
