Job Description

    We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.Key Responsibilities:
    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
    • Clearly explain product or service details and answer customer queries.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the system.
    • Follow up with potential leads to close sales.
    Requirements:
    • Fluency in one of the following languages: Kanada, Tamil, Gujarati, Bengali, Telugu, or Malayalam (in addition to Hindi/English).
    • Strong communication and convincing skills.
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
    • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
    • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome.
