It standardizes procedures related to calendar logistics, cross-time-zone communication, booking protocols, and airline/hotel preferences to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Combined with the headcount mapping sheet, it clearly defines responsibilities and enables seamless, high-touch support aligned with SMCs expectations.
