Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting personal loan products, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales, referrals, and lead generation.
    • Promote personal loan products and services to prospective clients.
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned.
    Customer Engagement:
    • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
    • Explain loan features, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
    • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Loan Application Process:
    • Collect and verify all required customer documents for loan processing.
    • Coordinate with the back-office team to ensure timely processing and approval of loans.
    • Follow up with customers on loan disbursements and repayment schedules.
    Compliance and Reporting:
    • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in personal loan sales or financial products sales.
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of personal loan products and the financial industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    Work Environment and Schedule:
    • Flexible to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
    • Work schedule includes weekends and extended hours as needed.
