• Employee to council candidates for the clients profiles and program details.
• Employee must be ready for Bulk Hiring for banking and finance
• Employee must maintain good relations with the clients representatives.
• Employee to attend and manage clients interview drive.
• Employee to attend and arrange participation in campus drives and job fairs.
• Employee to ensure all process / documentation and MIS are maintained (Individual)
• Employee must be willing to travel within the city for work.
• Employee must work towards achieving the expected numbers, revenue and productivity (Individual)
