• Analyze complex utility maintenance issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and recommend a strategic and tactical course of action in conjunction with facility engineering, maintenance/repair and subject matter experts
• Key participant in the preparation of the operations annual operating plan and participant with engineering for the emergency, corrective, and preventative/predictive maintenance section, including development of annual scope, budget, schedules, spending plans and performance targets for preventative/predictive maintenance managed programs
• Maintenance of design & construction standards
• Personal and team leadership, manifested in passion for our products, commitment to colleagues and customers, intelligent creativity, and strong focus on outcomes
• Work with business, sales and region leadership team to develop/improve go to market strategy and ensure sufficient and effective sales resource and itp channel partner strategy management
• Responsible for the day-to-day utilities operations (utilities maintenance, automation & control) to ensure smooth manufacturing operation
• Interview, hire, and train utility services, operations and maintenance personnel
• Manage emergency, corrective, penetration permit/access program, and preventative/predictive maintenance of utility systems, leak detection/remediation, and supporting systems/equipment
