    Location : JAIPUR AIRPORTv Maximize concept sales & productivity metrics in line with shop targets.v Monitor key data reports on space management, sales & stock movements against last year, week, month & budget on a daily/weekly basis & communicate to team.v Ensure and monitor awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store of company assets, customer property and company goods without any negligence.v Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and health standards are maintained in store at all timesv Ensure concept VM is correct & there is consistency in displays, branding and departmental layoutsv Optimize floor space based on merchandise availability, storylines and product sell-off.v Ensure on-time clearance of all soiled and damaged merchandise.v Monitor and implement sales promotion and event in the stores.v Understand and maintain a detailed knowledge of the product and department merchandise and coach and develop sales associates.v Review and report non-selling items, slow and fast moving lines, non-movers, damaged and ageing items.v Analyzing business gaps, competition & preparing an action plan.v Collate and provide information about the customers (likes, dislikes and opinions) to the buying and designing team.v Ensure and monitor effective stock replenishment to the store and assure continuous stock availability in the store.v Monitor and ensure adherence of customer service standards within the departmentv Carry out regular training to ensure clear understanding of the departments, products make, features, selling skills and after-sales service.v Hold weekly and monthly meetings to communicate performance highs and lows.v Monitor and facilitate complaint resolution of direct reportees and team members.v Oversee deployment and drive motivation levels of team members.v Mentor team members to ensure greater customer service orientation.Salary:UPTO 24 LPA
