Job Description

    Were Hiring Sales Manager (SM) | Life Insurance Agency ChannelRole Responsibilities
    • Achieve Life Insurance sales targets through effective advisor team management
    • Recruit, mentor, and develop commission-based agents
    • Oversee agent activity plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals
    • Conduct weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and maintain Sales MIS
    • Motivate advisors and support them in structured career progression programs
    • Promote the use of CRM & Agent Portal for efficient customer servicing and cross-selling opportunities
    Candidate Requirements
    • Experience: Minimum 4 years in Sales (Life Insurance/Agency Channel preferred)
    • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
