Job Description

Deputy General Manager Sales - 008Z75Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the sales targets for the year.
  • Be the One Schneider Organization representing all BUs
  • Promote all Products of SE to OEMs, PBs and End Users
  • Manage and Support all channels of SE in the given territory
  • Engage and Coordinate with all BUs to support the local actions: Prescription, Service support, Promotions etc.
  • Increase the SE Market share
  • One SE Brand Ambassador
  • Prescription and Business Development at OEMs
  • Sales Management
  • Channel as GTM strategy
QualificationsDesired Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) - EEE/ECE/CSE
  • Experience: 8-10 years in Switchgear, Automation and switchgear products
