There is an urgent requirement for the position of Business Development Manager required by a reputed travel management company.The JD is as under: Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography. Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company. Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects. Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking. The role will require hunting and farming, managing client relationships and managing end to end delivery of client engagements. Drive new engagements with clients and grow existing client engagements and ensure a quality of deliverables. Liaison with the client to understand the business problem, processes and implementation challenges. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.Experience 1. Ideal Candidate would have over 4 years of Experience in Domestic Call Center/ BPO Industry in Front line sales profile.2. Should have understanding about the Domestic Call center Industry3. Should have a pipeline of Prospective customer, must have a database which can be immediately targeted to pitch services of Jetair Shared Services.4. Should be target oriented and should have affinity to make cold calls, setup meetings and creating target customer database5. Should be able to set up and conduct face to face meetings with CXO level
