• To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.
• Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Sales head of the region.
• Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
• Relationship building with insurance companies and lesioning for activity management.
• Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.
• Activity Planning, Execution and overall management
Qualifications and Skills
• Sales, Marketing, field work Team Handling, Team Requirement.
• Must be experience in 2 Years Sales Experience and banking sector experience
• Graduation Mandatory
• Self-Motivated
