Job Description

As an RMrole, your primary responsibility is to supervise the business delivery under the Banca team and Tie Ups, aiming to grow the business with profits. You will be managing Banks, NBFCs, and other Micro Finance entities, while liaising with various departments such as Operations, Product tower, Process Excellence group, Claims, Finance, Legal, Business Intelligence, Marketing, and Human Resource teams to ensure the best services are delivered to clients and banks.Key Responsibilities include:- Achieving overall Gross Written Premium- Team Management- Channel Relationship- Visiting Branches- Conducting Meetings- Regular training of Bank employees regarding TAGIC Products- Maintaining Renewal of Business- Timely follow-up with clients- Tracking religiously in the first week of every month- Driving Bank for retention- Maintaining proper QC and issuance of premium collected- Proactive handling of claimsStakeholder interfaces:Internal:- Operations (BOPs & COPs) for issuance endorsement Banking operations, etc.- Underwriting Team for Quotations- Human Resources for queries regarding the talent pool- Claims Team regularly for claim settlementsExternal:- Banks and NBFCs- End customersExperience required:- 2 years of experience in Insurance / Financial sectorEducation:- Graduate of any disciplineKey Skills:- Business Development- Sales Experience- Loyalty Marketing- Portfolio Management- Wealth Management- Financial Services- Algebra- Territory Management- Banking- Relationship Management- Customer Relationship Management- GeometryEmployment Type: Full TimeVacancy: 1 As an RMrole, your primary responsibility is to supervise the business delivery under the Banca team and Tie Ups, aiming to grow the business with profits.
