Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our health insurance sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales agents, and developing strategic relationships with clients and Agents.   - Meet the annualised new premium and case count business targets.  - Gain new clients by using a variety of sales techniques  - Take part in hiring and disciplinary procedures for employees.   - Keep an eye on sales conversations and offer constructive criticism on tactics  - Continue to communicate with clients to learn about their needs.  - To improve tactics, apply learnings from market research and performance evaluations.  Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.  1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Benefits:  Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
