Works with many referral sources within the hospital arranging discharge of patients, including RNs, social workersCollect, audit, and submit Completion Certificates to the Operations Center as requiredCommunicate visibility into loan status for builder partners and title operationsProvide all required and requested information and documents to Operations partners upon requestCommunicate effectively with Operations partners to manage backlog for multiple branches within the Area, ensuring loans track along the homebuilding process appropriatelyManage and maintain data integrity for closing dates and closing methodsComplete all month-end reporting for branch and builder partners, and complete any ad-hoc reports upon requestAssist Branch Mortgage Finance Advisors when needed with administrative tasksMaintain all branch matrices and Subdivision setupsMaintain all branch MICE and HAT tools
