SALARY: 2 LPA- 3 LPA LOCATION : Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India VACANCIES: 1 QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate in any specialization MALE/FEMALE: Male/ Female EXPERIENCE: 1 years JOB DETAILS 1)You will be aligned with our Network Operations vertical which ensures that we maintain a robust common integration framework to help communications clients address challenges, increase their margins, improve asset realization, improve customer service, increase revenues, reduce overall costs and accelerate sales cycles. 2)This team is involved in developing structures, processes and capabilities for managing and monitoring telecommunications networks. 3)In Telecom Order Management, you will handle end to end order management, installation, testing & customer connections bringing in efficiencies & centralization of telecom quote, order, delivery, track and change to the world of telecom. You will be managing the service instances for the entire lifecycle, from initial fulfilment & activation to service changes and service recovery, and identify & correct fallout encountered during the provisioning process for both data and voice services. 4)Good to have skills: Good communication skills 5)In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Interaction is within own team and direct supervisor. Detailed instructions on all tasks will be provided at this role with close supervision. Decisions made impact own work and are closely supervised. Individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
