Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at KGDC Enterprises LLP, you will be responsible for leading the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar business across Eastern India. Your role will involve driving high-value rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, building relationships with corporates and industries, and closing large-ticket deals.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the complete sales cycle for C&I projects including prospecting, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure- Engage with various sectors such as industries, MSMEs, warehouses, institutions, hospitals, and commercial establishments- Conduct techno-commercial discussions with CXOs and procurement teams- Collaborate with internal teams for feasibility studies, site surveys, and execution support- Represent KGDC at industry forums, trade fairs, and chamber events- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets with a focus on profitabilityQualifications Required:- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Electrical Equipment, or Industrial Solutions- Proven track record of closing projects in the range of 50 lakh to 5 Cr- Strong professional network in Eastern Indias industrial clusters- Graduate/Postgraduate degree (B.Tech/MBA preferred)- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and willingness to travel extensivelyIn addition to the competitive compensation package which includes a fixed salary of 40,000 - 60,000/month, attractive incentives with no cap on earnings, TA/DA reimbursement for travel, and a clear growth path to Regional Head - C&I Sales, you will also have the opportunity to build and scale the C&I vertical in Eastern India at KGDC Enterprises LLP.
